Previous positions include Managing Director of LXG Core. Gautam was VP and GM for South Asia and the Middle East for Pentair after serving as CEO of Pentair Water India. He also served as a Brand Manager for Whirlpool.

Gautam Khanna holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Mr. Khanna began his career as a Merchant Marine Officer.

Gary Carlson, PhD, Chief Technology Officer

Gary Carlson PhD, Chief Technology Officer Tusaar CorporationA registered professional engineer with over 25 years of multi-disciplined experience in process design, research, technology development, and project management.

Dr. Carlson has been a major contributor and gained functional experience in a wide range of disciplines including advanced material development, water/wastewater treatment, filtration and separations, produced water treatment, water reuse, pollution control, catalyst systems, nanomaterials, and sorbent materials.  He holds a PhD and a Masters in Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder.

David Pearce, Board Chair

Founder & CEO at Libi Materials, Inc. which is pursuing silicon anode materials for lithium-ion batteries. Mr. Pearce is a serial entrepreneur.

David Pearce holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas in Austin and a BS in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech.
