Scaling Tusaar’s Proven Process for Rare Earth Extraction

Tusaar's 6,000 sq. ft. demonstration facility in Broomfield, Colorado

Tusaar’s 6,000 sq. ft. demonstration facility in Broomfield, Colorado

Over the past decade Tusaar has demonstrated the recovery of rare earths from many sources ranging from coal fly ash, geothermal brines, recycled fluorescent light bulbs, and now mine wastes. Over the past 5 years we have grown from small technology-feasibility demonstrations to our current scaled operation in Broomfield, CO.

Mine wastes have proven to be a source of REEs with significant potential of an economical means of recovery. Our next stage of growth is to establish a large demonstration facility at a mine site. It would then be followed by an even larger full-scale operation.
